Application for Graduation

All students must apply for graduation using the following process. A link to the application for graduation record review (GRR) is made available on the Self-Service landing page of students who have earned 21 units. At that point, a student should submit the application which will add their name to the queue for a GRR. Once prepared by the Registrar, the GRR is emailed to the student and advisor(s) and added to the Note section of Navigate.

A student must submit the application no later than the middle of the term preceding the term in which graduation is expected. For example, a May graduate must submit by midterm of the prior Fall semester.
